 I met Steve Jones in 1985 at the Wherhouse record store in Westwood & at the time he was playing local rock clubs around Los Angeles in the Dano/Jones band. Steve was so kind & friendly he would invite me to the studio during the Mercy recording sessions. I could not believe a Sex Pistol was being so nice to me. Still to this day Steve is one of the nicest & most caring people I know. If I call Steve or text him he responds right away or at least within a couple of hours. When I was a kid I used to think it would be so cool to have a rock star as a friend. I hit the jackpot with Steve. I stole this picture off the wall at the Music Machine club on Pico back in 1985. I remember I was in High school drama class in 1980 & this asshole kid named Rory told me he had died. He said it with a big smile on his face. 40 years later Fuck You Rory & long live Bon Scott. My favorite front man ever. I saw the Highway to Hell Tour in 1979. I had front row seats in the balcony at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta Georgia . One of the best shows I ever saw. Long Live Bon Scott!!
